Global Poetry Festival
The first annual Global Poetry Festival took place over five days and hosted over 25 literary artists across four continents. Throughout the five day festival, students had the chance to interact with poets from countries all over the globe. The festival hosted readings and workshops from Mahogany L. Browne, Marie Howe, Mark Doty and many more. A special thank you to BWL students for completing poetry readings and projects with ease and skill regardless of the virtual setting. We are grateful to Shared Studios and all of the guest poets that took the time to share their work and craft with Birch Wathen Lenox students and teachers. We hope that some part of the Global Poetry Festival has inspired you to write, sing, or express what's core to you.
Kind regards,
Ryan Clinesmith
