Clubs and Activities: Where Interests Ignite and Community Thrives

At BWL, clubs and activities help Middle and Upper School students find their people, pursue their interests, and shape the life of the school. Students do more than join existing groups: they lead, create, compete, serve, publish, debate, build, and collaborate across grades.

The co-curricular program expands the student experience beyond the classroom, giving students opportunities to deepen academic interests, try something unfamiliar, develop leadership, and contribute meaningfully to the community. New clubs are continually created by students themselves, allowing the program to evolve in response to their ideas, passions, and curiosity.

Over time, sustained involvement can also help students build a meaningful record of initiative, commitment, accomplishment, and service—adding depth to the story they eventually share through the college process. Whether students join an established activity or launch something entirely new, they have many ways to groww, participate, connect, and make an impact at BWL.

Middle School Activities and Clubs

Our Middle School Students participate in a variety of clubs and activities that supplement and enhance their classroom experience. Offerings are added regularly based on student interest. Some activities take place during the day, while others take place before or after school. All students participate in at least one club per term; not all clubs run every term.
