Parents
The Birch Wathen Lenox School is fortunate to have the involvement of dedicated and committed parents that enhance the relationship between home and school. Upon enrollment, all parents are granted membership into the Parents' Association. With membership comes the opportunity to serve in leadership positions, as committee chairs as class representatives or as event volunteers.

The BWL Parents' Association is an enthusiastic force that supports the mission of the school and cooperative efforts and goals of the administration, faculty and student body. The Parents' Association plans, develops and organizes fund raising events throughout the year. These events range from book, holiday and spring fairs to bake sales to wrapping paper drives to benefit the school fund raising efforts. Other important committees focus on the community at large and developmental concerns of parents on a grade level basis to ensure emotional, physical, and social well being of their children. Such committees range from Parents in Action to the Diversity Committee to the Joint Schools Committee. All families of the BWL community are also responsible to partake in the school Safety Patrol program.

We promote the involvement of all parents in school activities and appreciate their ongoing participation. BWL encourages parents to refer to the web site for updated information on school events.
